This summary gathers the rules that decide most deposits, bonuses and cash-outs. The full terms you agree to when registering, and the conditions printed on each promotion, override it wherever the two differ.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, and gambling must be legal where you live. The personal details you register with have to be genuine, because we compare them with your documents later.
The four-stage package
Stage one matches a first deposit at 300%, capped at £1,200. Stages two and three each add 100%, capped at £1,000 apiece, and stage four adds 200%, capped at £2,000. Together the four come to 700% and a ceiling of £5,200, credited without any promo code.
Wagering, time and stake size
Bonus money has to be wagered 30x inside a 15-day window. Until that bonus is cleared or lapses, no single round may exceed £10. Winnings from free spins lose 30% to a rake-back deduction first, and 5x wagering then applies to the balance that remains.
Cashback and other promotions
Each day we credit cashback worth 5% to 20% of net losses from the day before, with the rate depending on your VIP tier. Tournaments, network promotions and time-limited codes are each governed by the rules displayed with them.
Money in and money out
Card and e-wallet deposits start at £10, and crypto deposits start at £20. No more than £2,500 may leave your account in one day, £5,000 in one week or £10,000 in any 30-day period, and upper VIP tiers carry higher ceilings. A £5 fee applies to any withdrawal smaller than £100.
Identity checks
Before paying out, we may request an identity document, evidence of your address and a picture of the payment card or e-wallet involved. Checks tend to fall around the first or second withdrawal, or on sums over £500, and a payout stays pending until they are done.
Our licence, and changes to offers
